Jurisdiction is for suckers, take two

Blazing Cat Fur:
Read the BCHRT's Roo' reasoning for ignoring the issue of jusrisdiction in the Guy Earle farce. Essentially the BCHRT said they had no jurisdiction to rule on the question of whether they had jurisdiction to hear the Guy Earle case to begin with. No I didn't make that up - Murray Geiger-Adams of the BCHRT: “In these circumstances, I conclude that I have no jurisdiction to grant Mr. Earle’s stated case application, and I decline to do so,” Geiger-Adams wrote in the April 23 reasons for decision.

What's really odd about the application of these HRC's for protecting people from Hurt feelings is that they ignore my Charter Rights and can make me guilty of an alleged "Racism" claim based on our Time-Zone .
Barbara Hall had the nerve to assert that she would have found Ezra and Mark Styen of their hate-crime if she had the power in Ontario. Toronto is allowed to have gay comedians spew anti-Str8 jokes or have a Parade where naked men can expose themselves to little boys....and yet this is fine in T.O.'s time-zone.
Unless the Str8 comedians are bashing gays or a Str8 male hangs around a local kiddie park, then THAT'S Homophobia and Pedophilia for Ms.Hall to release the dogs and haul them befor the OHRC 1-ring Circus.
Barbra Hall is a VERY crazy woman.
When she was mayor of Toronto (that's how crazy that city is), she tried to ban the pop group Bare Naked Ladies from playing at a city concert because she took serious offense to the (cough) "sexist" name of the band.
Needles to say, enough profanities were thrown up in council chamber, she had to back down at the end.
A True Story.
It's hard to know what to say about Barbara Hall. She's just too outlandish sometimes for one to believe that she actually exists. Like remember when she was proposing a national mandatory press council?
What a hack.
Hall was the councilor for the slums of St. Jamestown (the only building project that I know of where the architect actually endorsed the idea of tearing it all down, it was such a huge mistake).
Her riding was next to Jack Layton's riding and bordered Ryerson College which served her ideological predispositions to prove communism can work here in Canada. (I am not kidding)
Her big inspiration were the likes of Judy Rebick and Diane Ralph and in point of fact she is even uglier and more foul than Diane. (which is saying a lot) The point being Barbra is a very bitter woman and obviously is set to make everybody else pay for it.
As I recall, the HRC gig was a political payoff backed by Jack, Ed and Bob of the NDP.
As we all know, communists just love the Iron Rice Bowl so it looks like a whole lot more ordinary people are going to end up in Barbra's pain locker, to be sure.
Paul - sadly, yes.
